Return, Replacement & Refunds Policy
At Pet Guru, we will do our best to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.
While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, and variations in display resolution, digital photography and color settings of monitors.
Please contact us within 24 hours of your receipt of the product, if the following apply :-
- Manufacturing defect.
- Wrong item delivered to you by mistake.
Note – It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself.
We will express ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you.
If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.
We will communicate with you about your wishes to make sure you will be happy with the exchange. We will examine the item you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item, if the following apply :–
- Item does not meet your expectations
At no return shipping cost, we will collect the original item purchased, and customers will be requested to select alternate items of same value from our website.
Please note requests for refunds in such cases will not be entertained.
** Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. We have sole discretion in deciding whether or not to accept returns on a case to case basis.
